ECPI has a brand new web design lab filled with some high-dollar Dell workstations-- they are using them to teach an Algebra class. Also, there are the brand new iMacs being used for this term's Psychology class. In actuality upgrading the PCs at ECPI Virginia Beach only covers up a deeper problem-- poor instruction in almost every program. It would be like building a new Ferrari for the Indy 500 when all you have driving is a 16-year-old blind kid who can't reach the pedals. You are mistaken Kyle..
