The point is that from this day forward, I will be taking a photo..of.. somethng. It doesn’t always have to be of me, but in the end I have 365 days of my life in photos– Literally, as today is my birthday, I will wrap this up on the day before my next birthday. Neat huh? It’s Scrivener’s fault.

Sometimes I lament my adolescent years. I never did any of the stupid fashion things teenagers do: no piercings or tattoos, never dyed my hair, no mohawks, no studded belts, etc. etc. I regret it because I feel like I am now just passing the cusp of being too old to do those things without seeming like a complete dumbass. A lot of people my age get tattoos, but chances are they got their first one a long time ago.. if I did it now it would have to be for a serious personal reason, not just because I yearned for a gecko on my butt cheek.
Anyway, I have decided to do something stupid that only adult men can do: I entered the Whiskerino 2005 beard contest. Click here for a link to my beard.
I am clean shaven right now and I am supposed to keep it growing until the 28th of February, lest I be placed in the Whiskerino Hall of Shame.
I can only hope that my search for a day job doesn’t hinder my quest for supreme beardage. It’s a good thing “sculpting” is allowed.. I hate those weird neck hairs.
